Directions:
From the I-70 and Hwy 63 intersection, take Route PP northeast 7.5 miles. The pavement ends and we are the first place on the right. Just follow the yellow line. If you are coming from out of town, there are several other easy ways to get here. Just call and ask.

Walk-About Acres is a small, family-owned acreage with lots to offer the entire family.

We have many animals to visit here at Walk-About Acres. We have:
* Our peacocks with their “true colors”
* Ozzie, Harriet, Egbert and Esmeralda
* Soft, cuddly rabbits
* Vinnie, our friendly turkey
* Kissing llamas
* Our Nubian milk goats and more

Visit our apiary (bee yard). See live bees working in a real hive in our store. Observe and learn about these fascinating creatures.

We sell in season bedding plants and produce from our greenhouses and gardens. We are members of the Grow Native! program and have GN! plants in stock year-round. For our field trips we offer “Planting a Plant” to take home.
